The premier forum for front-line nurses and technologists in and out of the cardiac cath lab, the Nurse and Tech Symposium is an interactive, dynamic program designed to provide you the latest updates on advancements in patient care. Created and presented by your peers and experts in the field, the symposium covers a wide range of subjects and features case-based learning, industry transitions, real-world workplace challenges, and the most cutting-edge areas of interventional cardiology.

This education activity will be submitted to Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Continuing Education (CaPCE) for approval of up to 8.0 contact hours of accredited education.

By the end of the symposium, you should be able to:

  • Incorporate new interventional technologies and procedures into the care of patients with complex coronary, structural heart, and endovascular disease.
  • Apply the results from important clinical trials and evidence-based medicine to guide best practices in the management of patients with coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, and peripheral vascular disease.
  • Integrate advances in noninvasive diagnostic evaluation and therapeutics in the upstream care of patients being considered for interventional procedures.
  • Identify new and innovative interventional technologies and propose appropriate applications for emerging treatments of patients with cardiovascular disease.
